50 posts strong. Time for a round up...

As I mentioned last week, the Pipe is now a grand fifty posts old.

So to celebrate, I thought I'd give some of the previous tracks another airing. It's not really a "best of...", more a retrospective. Some of the tracks have been chosen by members of the House Of Cuss forum, others have been shosen again by me purely because I like them.

303 bubbling, Broken Beat track with some fine vocal dexterity provided by Lyric L

Track : CIARA FEAT M.I.A - "GOODIES (RICHARD X MIX)"

Ciara's big hit given the Richard X treatment and the excellent M.I.A adds her lyrical weight to it too. (M.I.A was robbed of the Mercury Music Prize! - Go buy "Arular" - Album Of The Year in my eyes!)

Great bootleg treatment of the New Order classic "Blue Monday". Here it's reworked and remixed into a Studio One style dub.

Take The Beatles, Mogwai and Kid Loco and let the Welsh wonderkid rework them into another great bootleg.

Incredibly woozy and strange Ambient Dub style track that I managed to get played at LOOSHKIN.

Track : THE TIMEWRITER - "LOST IN LYRIX"

The track I never got to play at LOOSHKIN. Shame, as it is a great hybrid of Ambient, Electro and Techno.

A French instrumental Jazz/Hip Hop crossover given a Turntablist remix by the Bay Area's Eddie Def.

Classic Deep House from the legendary Marshall Jefferson.
