Big Brother is back for the fifth Celebrity series! 11 Celeb housemates, 25 days, and a redesigned house... but can 2007 possibly beat last year?

Meet the housemates!

1) Jermaine Jackson

Crowd reaction: Positive to start but soon started to chant "get him off, off, off!" when he wasn't able to moonwalk.

First words on entering the house: ...silence as he looked around and then muttered to himself...

2) Danielle Lloyd (Disgraced former Miss Great Britain, WAG)

Crowd reaction: Quite a mixed reception, with a lot of booing as she got out of the car.

First words on entering the house: "Hello, nice... I'm Danielle, Nice to meet you" (sound dumped)

3) Ken Russell (British film director - looks very like Michael Winner)

Crowd reaction: Good reaction as he made his way along the red carpet towards Davina, whilsting singing/shouting "Singing in the rain". Davina helped Ken up the stairs, through the main door and down the stairs.

First words on entering the house: "anyone here?" as he looked around the door.

4) Jo O'Meara (Former S-Club 7 singer)

Crowd reaction: Very good reaction from the crowd. Early favourite for winner (although she's only the fourth in...)?

First words on entering the house: "Hello nice to meet you, I'm Jo"

5) Leo Sayer (Singer, most recently known for Thunder in my Heart that was re-released last year)

6) Shilpa Shetty (Bollywood actress)

Crowd reaction: Fairly good reaction, especially when she said she'd not seen Big Brother (clearly doesn't know what to expect...)

First words on entering the house: "Hello, hi"

7) Carole Malone (Sunday Mirror journalist - she'll be very opinionated, known not to be a fan of reality shows, WAGs, etc...)

Crowd reaction: Mixed. Quite a few boos but also quite a lot of cheering/screaming.

First words on entering the house: "Hello... are you nervous...?"

8) Donnie Tourette (Lead singer of Towers of London)

Crowd reaction: Fairly good but the sound was dumped, boo's seemed to grow but his name was being chanted a lot, didn't seem like he was all that popular with the crowd. Looks like he's trying to be BB2006's Pete... Someone in the crowd shouted "get in there, get on with it!" as he walked towards the main door.

First words on entering the house: "Fucking dickheads, jesus christ"

9) Ian 'H' Watkins (Former singer/dancer in Steps)

Crowd reaction: Very good reaction from the crowd, lots of cheering.

First words on entering the house: "Hellllooo" Instantly spotted Jo who ran over to him.

10) Cleo Rocos (Actress, Co-stared with Kenny Everett)

11) Dirk Benedict (80's TV star, Battlestar Galactica, A-Team)

Crowd reaction: Arrived in an A-Team style van. Massive cheer as he flung the door open. Lots of cheering, very popular.

First words on entering the house: "I'm home... I'm home..."

A FAMILY WILL BE MOVING IN ON FRIDAY

Newspaper reports before the show started suggested that it'd be Jade Goody, her mother and grandmother.
