BB OZ: 14th Housemate joins - and it's twins!

A fourteenth housemate has joined the Big Brother Australian house on the launch night, and as rumoured it's a twin...
Infact, that probably makes it two housemates having joined the house as obviously being twins there's the two of them - just only one will be in the house at any one time.
Logan - age: 22

Star Sign: Aquarius
Personal motto: Party hard - if it's free.
Myself in three words: Fun, friendly, sexy.
Which Star Wars character are you most like and why?: R2D2
They're not both called "Logan" though. Infact neither of them are. One is called David and is from the country, where as his brother is called Greg and lives in the City.

84 days... and a live web stream!
The Australian series is going to run for an impressively long 84 days - possibly taking the end date up to around the same time as the British one which launches later this month - and it's already just moved in to Day 2 due to the show starting late in the evening like our one does and the timezones being so far ahead of us.
However just like with our version of Big Brother the first thing to be seen on the live stream was the housemates sleeping. Typical! It's about 7:30am there currently (22:37 UK time), so the bright young things should be waking up shortly for their first full day in the house.
House plan revealed
The official Big Brother website has revealed the houseplan which the 14 housemates will become used to for the next 84 days, and it looks largely similar to last year with a "disco" area (marked "games" on the plan) with bright colour cube lights on the wall and a tiled floor with a Pole - almost identical to last year.
As before there's a garden separating the main house from the Gym and outdoor activities although it's not as much of a split in the house as we've had with the UK Big Brother where the living area was totally separate to the bedrooms and bathroom. There's a decent sized pool and also a Spa along with a man-made beach of sorts which is clearly there to get them in the mood for a bit of sun-bathing under the bright Aussie sunshine.
It'd appear that the identical twin will be holed-up in the Isolation House where they'll be able to live their life without being discovered. A gairish green and brown decor gives it a very much old-fashioned pokey feel similar to the bedsit which Michelle and Emma used during BB5, with minimal features - there is however a TV, which points to the housemate keeping tabs on action from the rest of the house.
A single bedroom for all the housemates is clearly something that Big Brother shows are favouring (as the split between Male and Female never seems to work too well in Big Brother with two distinct groups forming when they're best to be kept as one group of "housemates") although unlike last year their bathroom and shower area has been moved away from the bedroom on the other side of the house. The bathroom itself features a giant 4-person shower with glass window meaning no-one gets any privacy, and there's also a sauna, although oddly there appears to be no toilet shown in either the plans or 360-degree interactive photos.
But for the first time that The Eye is aware of, all of the beds are doubles - seven double beds in a symetrical pattern which has been made to look like it's floating in clouds with cloud design walls and big fluffy rugs on the floor. Even the plasma screens on the wall have clouds on them!
And of course the Diary Room - it's orange, and tacky like the rest of the house, and features a somewhat plain looking retro style chair. Not quite as stylish as some that we've seen over here in the British Big Brother diary rooms!
The Eye will get back to you with more soon... fair dinkum mate!
