Finally, Big Brother producers appear to have pulled their fingers out of their creative arses, and given the housemates a mini task-es.

Housemates have been asked to make their version of a "model" housemate, made up from the best bits of the current housemates. It's resulted in lots of stripping off, measuring of private bits, and huge amounts of plaster as they form a cast to make the model.

Feet, legs, bottom, arms, hands, stomach, chest, face, hair and style all need to be accounted for, in what appears to be shaping up as some sort of Housemate Idol.

It does appear that it's bringing the group together, in what's very much a team based task with everyone's input required... but why didn't Big Brother get this going much earlier? It'd seem that last weeks fight saw Big Brother drop the ball whilst running, and take an absoloute age to get back with the action!

So was it The Eye urging "Big Brother's producers to pull their fingers out of their arses and do something to re-energise this series and get things back on the road" that has saved this series of the reality TV show? Damn right it was*.
