Channel 4 earlier today confirmed that tonight's eviction was to be cancelled, due to the huge fight that broke out earlier in the week - claiming it was so the housemates could make up their differences.

The Live shows are still to go ahead, so it's a little unclear as to quite what they'll do - Big Brother's well known for it's suprises, and maybe they're going to evict someone else other than Dan or Vanessa, for similar reasons to Kitten's eviction.

Maybe Emma has decided that she's had enough and is going to walk, so will be interviewed by Davina during the live show. Or maybe Big Brother's told her that it'd be best for her to leave, and they're doing it in a way that isn't exactly throwing her out, but more pulling her out - for her own safety.

Victor and Emma are said to have spoken to each other in an effort to patch up their differences earlier today, away from the rest of the housemates, but as you'd expect with two strong willed people, it simply didn't get anywhere, and Victor's told the rest of the house that he simply can't see the two of them remaining in the house together.

Housemates have been coming up with their own theories all day about what might happen instead of the eviction - they always love to speculate, even when it's the tiniest of things which isn't quite the norm, and they're usually far wide of the mark. They do however sometimes hit the nail firmly on the head, much as they did with the bedsit.

It's thought by some of them that Big Brother might spring a suprise tonight, with someone going, or the now more favoured theory that someone might actually join the group - a new housemate... no doubt that'll cause tension too though.

Victor's also said that if he's not thrown out tonight he thinks Nadia will be - strangely he doesn't seem to believe the same of Jayson, who was said to have threatened Marco during the massive brawl, or even Vanessa who seemed to have attacked Nadia in the bathroom after she enquired how Shell was feeling, and prompted the security guards to be called in to calm the situation down.

And the live coverage on E4 at around 7:30pm showed Emma - still listening to CD's, with her headphones on full blast - dancing away whilst getting ready, and saying "i can't wait any longer.... i'll just go like this". By this, The Eye believes she means "going" as in evicted, more than "going" as in returning to the house.

But then, maybe she just means she's going round the bend...
