Day 13 of 71 - The bells, the bells, stop the bells!
Posted by Simon at June 9, 2004 10:21 AM

Another noisey start for the housemates this morning, when the alarm-clock style bell rang out loud - and kept ringing, for what must have been at least 10 minutes.

Morning-shift Big Bro Food To Go team of Jason, Vanessa and Shell were already up and about having just completed a food order for Big Brother, but both Vanessa and Shell were snoozing under their double duvet in the lounge. It didn't take long for all three to be up and about looking spritely though.

Neither did it take long for the early-to-bed early-to-rise Ahmed to appear on the chairs near the patio door in the garden, although he always looks as though someone's done wrong to him... as if he wants to pick a fight, and have a go at the youth of today.

Ahmed looking set to explode as the bells continue to ring out loud

And indeed by the very fact that all the other housemates were in a deep sleep and simply not in any sort of hurry to see the bells stopped, it looked like Ahmed might lose the plot with them yet again, as he sat there getting more and more stressed with bitterness beaming from his face.

In fact so long did the bells ring out, that Ahmed in the end cupped his hands over his ears - maybe it was more a case of keeping the steam in though, as he looked about set to explode.

Maybe this'll set the mood for the rest of the day...
